Looks like there is quite a bit of truth here - particularly when there are apps to reduce or limit telespam... but the phone owners do not know how to find or install them

We have heard the old saying, "His eyes were bigger than his stomach", when referring to somebody who could not finish a meal. How about "His phone was bigger than his pocket"?
