But still ... $10 more isn't that bad :-D . Some could be higher.

I always tend to look around, especially online between Ebay & Amazon. Ebay usually as a rule prevails the cheaper prices. Our Christmas this year is CSI Las Vegas. Getting seasons 1-13! Its ordered and in the mail on its way. $169.00. I've only to pick up last season to bring it up to date.
I've found the series are always cheaper online through ebay. I have to add last seasons for Bones, NCIS and look to pick up season 5 of Hercules & Xena. You want to wait and keep track of them as they will drop in $$ over a few weeks after release. I generally pick them up around 10.00 - 15.00 which certainly beats the heck out of the 25-35 in town.

I like CSI, but then William peterson left, and then marg left, and i lost interest. I just have a hard time believing Ted Danson in that role. i still think of him as Sam the Bartender. I like CSI New York, but they cancelled that for some reason. Probably because the stars wanted more money.

This explains a lot. Wonderful, now we can count on MS to completely give us a royal you know what.

That may or may not be true BigA-I'll do some checking (though I will admit my screen's been acting a bit strange lately...)

I would hope Forbes magazine would only release articles that are true, but considering that rape story Rolling Stone had that turned out to be fiction, I guess you never know.

Exactly my point-though in my opinion Rolling Stone was shooting for 'Shock Porn' as my brother terms it-a headline or story to shock people into reading the magazine (sorry about the wording, but it's kinda an oddly appropriate term)

It wouldn't surprise me though. I've been the recipient of a bad download off a update! :shifty: Had to reprogram the whole dang computer! That was on my old Compaq - a 3 day job of reinstalling and hand unzipping some of its files and putting all my stuff back on! Not a fun job.

I just did the updates on my netbook and no problems though.

I'm pretty paranoid about my comp (that's an understatement)

Ok, from doing some checking there is an issue with the update, but (to me at least) calling it 'malware' seems over the top. That be like 'Oh, my Skyrim game just crashed-must be malware!' (My game does crash BTW, but it's not from malware FYI.) More like fear-mongering...love to know who came up with using that word.
