Big A,

If these help … there's a few lists I got from both Staples and Best Buy (priced from Low to High)*:

[Saved and tried posting the links but for some reason wasn't permitted to post them :thinker: ]

* Couldn't tell from the list which were the Wireless G models, but I'm sure there has to be some in there some where
[Have those links saved on my desktop though ...]

Well I'll give it the old college try in the morning and see if I can get that one working, but I have a feeling that I am going to have to throw out an extra 80 bucks tomorrow that I really didn't want too. I just got a Kindle for school, plus my cell phone went to the graveyard over the weekend so now I have to get a new one of them also.

Oh dang Big A.. that really sucks! When it rains it pours! I know this feeling well. DH messed his back up this week also. Not sure how, but he goes to see Dr. Wed morning. So its either going to be xray's and over to the chiro or xray's and over to the neuro. We are hoping its just out of wack, but there's a big possibility he may have slipped a disc or cracked it. We have known it was very (paper) thin and could go for a long long time.. He broke one years ago. Luckily he has the best neuro around here. So if he needs it fixed then he can get with his neuro again. Meanwhile, he's been using the back brace.

Well, Maybe you will get lucky and find a good sale on a new phone!

I'd just go for a new router-it's old, could have gotten fried, linksys probably won't help you because it is outdated (i.e. no new drivers that Windows can find) and you internet provider probably isn't putting out the right firmware updates either. Might make a nifty paperweight though!

Oy! BigA, yea ... that really sucks! :| Tami's right ... when it rains it pours... sometimes in buckets!!!!

Had a somewhat similar situation earlier this month myself (which I won't go into ... for CD's sake  ).

@ CD, if not a paper weight maybe a bookend?

It's pretty light, wonder if the cats would use it as a toy. Probably not.

Thanks for the info on the sale of linksys. I guess since Cisco doesn't have it anymore Belkin wants to sell everybody a new router. Their quality will probably go down also. I'd go back and chew the guy out that sold it to me, but he worked at Circuit City and we all know what happened to them.

Might be a little too big for that...

Circuit City? Yikes.... we sure do! They haven't been around in at least a decade (out of business)...

Yup. Could be a bit too big & heavy for a cat toy. Can't use it as a disc like you would a frisbee either ... so, hmmmmm :thinker:

Yeah at least if you have a bad burn on a CD or DVD then you get a free coaster. I just cant think of anything to do with this. No wait, I just thought of something, I have two old laptops upstairs I was going to get rid of, and I think I just read that the local animal shelter is taking that stuff in and selling it as scrap for some money. I think I will run it all up there this week. Problem with that is that if I get that close to a bunch of sorry eyed dogs I'll end up bringing one home. Won't the cats just love that.
